  • Bounce back. We help with anxiety (panic, social, performance, exam, public speaking), depression, stress, and burnout.

  • Adjust to changes in your life such as work changes, health issues, migration, grief, loss …even a global pandemic! We help build resilience and positive coping strategies.

  • Boost performance by shifting mindset, improving study skills, managing public speaking nerves, and getting a handle on perfectionism and procrastination.

  • Manage health issues and its wide-ranging impact (identity, social life, quality of life). We also help with alcohol misuse and smoking.

  • Feel better about yourself (self-esteem, body image, emotional eating issues).

  • Prepare for parenthood, and perinatal anxiety + depression.

  • Building better relationships (romantic, friendship, and parenting) by communicating and relating better.

    Sessions may be eligible for Medicare/health fund rebates; please note that we do not bulk bill. We see clients under WorkCover and ICWA arrangements. Please note that in line with our Covid Policy, masks are still required for face-to-face sessions.

  • Employee Assistance Program. We can help with work/personal problems that impact on performance and psychological wellbeing, including adjustment difficulties, stress and burnout, grief and loss, critical incidents, anxiety, and depression. These sessions can be conducted via tele-health or face-to-face.
